Why this role matters

As our new Merchandise Allocator, you help make sure the right stock is in the right place at the right moment, across stores and online. You keep inventory moving in a way that supports sell-through, reduces inefficiencies and helps the business perform smarter every day. You are not here to simply move stock around.

You are here to make sure our allocation keeps the business sharp, balanced and ready to sell.

What you’ll do

• Manage the allocation of products to stores and online channels based on sales performance, customer demand and store capacity;
  
• Monitor stock levels daily and adjust allocations to prevent overstock and stockouts;
  
• Work closely with Merchandise Planning, Store Operations, Logistics, E-commerce and Store Managers to support timely replenishment;
  
• Use data, trends and forecasting tools to anticipate inventory needs and make proactive allocation decisions;
  
• Report on stock performance, sell-through and allocation effectiveness, and share insights with the wider team;
  
• Spot opportunities to improve allocation processes and help implement smarter ways of working.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field;
  
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in merchandise allocation, planning or inventory management within fashion or retail;
  
• Experience in B2C channels is a plus;
  
• A proven track record in stock distribution and inventory control;
  
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with German as a strong advantage.

• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to improve product flow and stock availability;
• Strong time management in a fast-paced retail environment;
• Good understanding of financial metrics such as margin, markup and stock turn.
