As a Service Coordinator Engines, you will oversee large-scale service assignments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of projects, maintaining a clear overview and aligning with clients on organizational details. Your goal: deliver effective service while ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities as Service Coordinator Engines:

• Manage complex service assignments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. You act as the central point of coordination, maintaining a clear overview, monitoring progress, and aligning the internal organization with client agreements.
• Distinguish operational responsibilities from those of the Key Account Manager, who focuses on maintaining the commercial relationship with the client.
• Lead day-to-day project management activities, ensuring effective cost control and timely delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Oversee workforce planning and scheduling for a team of at least 15 service engineers, ensuring optimal allocation of skills and resources.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar operational role.
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong customer focus combined with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain clear oversight in complex, fast-moving situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
