Why this role matters

This is where coordination meets operational impact. As our Supply Chain Planner, you help keep the end-to-end goods flow running smoothly, efficiently and on time. You make sure inbound and outbound processes stay aligned, bottlenecks are spotted early, and the right actions are taken to keep performance on track. You are not here to just follow the flow.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound goods flows;
  
• Maintain close contact with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries;
  
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs of service providers and identify deviations;
  
• Manage daily sub-processes within the supply chain and actively contribute to improvement initiatives;
  
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance process efficiency;
  
• Support forecast analyses and coordinate inventory management with internal stakeholders;
  
• Prepare short- and mid-term planning schedules for logistics partners;
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.

What you bring

• Experience in supply chain, logistics planning or a similar operational role;
  
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working;
  
• The ability to keep overview, even during peak periods;
  
• Clear and effective communication with different stakeholders;
  
• Strong logical thinking and solid Excel skills;
  
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
