From first contact to offer and onboarding, you help create a candidate journey that feels mature, human and on-brand. Great brands don’t just happen — they’re built by people. What you’ll do

• Own the hiring process across HQ and retail roles;
  
• Manage the full candidate journey from first contact to offer and onboarding;
  
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to shape strong hiring decisions;
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
  
• Help bring our employer brand to life throughout the recruitment process;
  
• Identify smarter ways to improve hiring quality, speed and candidate experience.

What you bring

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a closely related role;
  
• A proactive, people-first mindset;
  
• The ability to work independently and keep momentum high;
  
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
  
• Confidence working in a fast-moving environment;
  
• Extra languages are a plus.
