The Warehouse Management department focuses on coordinating and performing all physical activities related to incoming and outgoing freight flows passing through the warehouse. These freight flows (e.g., flowers, vegetables, fruit, etc.) are handled in the most efficient and effective way within the contractual agreements with customers, keeping turnaround times as short as possible. This includes positioning goods at the correct locations, loading them, and preparing them for transport.

Your role:

Moving and placing goods:

• Checking goods and pallets for damage before placing them at their designated location.
• When placing goods in one of the cold storage rooms, ensuring all ventilation flaps are open.
• Placing shipments as much as possible in one location in chronological order.
• Leaving enough space between pallets to prevent damage.
• Clearing empty pallets from the cold storage rooms.

Loading goods:

• Checking the AWB number against the IPH label.
• Checking the temperature according to IPH standards.
• In case of shortages or when not all pallets/boxes fit in the truck, this must be
• reported to the office immediately (verbally and by noting it on the picking slip).
• After loading, the picking slip must be brought to the office immediately.

What we are looking for:

• A true go-getter
• Full-time availability
• Highly accurate and communicative
• Knowledge of the full logistics process within the warehouse
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
• Holder of a Category B driver’s license
• In possession of a valid forklift certificate
• Willing to work irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A recent Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for all positions within our company
