Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timeliness of the DE/NL/BE monthly payrolls.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.</li>
	<li>Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll-related matters.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation.</li>
	<li>Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all internal clients, co-workers, stakeholders and outside vendors.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.</li>
	<li>3+ years Payroll experience.</li>
	<li>Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.</li>
	<li>Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.</li>
	<li>Experience with UWV.</li>
	<li>Experience with UKG Database would be desirable.</li>
	<li>Experience with Immedis payroll is a big plus</li>
	<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li>
</ul>
