As we expand across Europe, seamless IT and B2B integrations are key to our success. To strengthen our IT Operations team, we’re looking for a Application & EDI Specialist who combines a service mindset with an interest in technology and continuous improvement. You’ll support and improve our business applications (ERP, Colect, SpendCloud, TravelPerk, Declaree, Okta) and keep our EDI data exchanges with partners running smoothly. This role blends functional application management, EDI coordination, and customer interaction. You’ll learn on the job, get involved in small improvement projects, and grow into a trusted member of the IT Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
· Application Management & Support: Manage and support internal applications, handling user access, troubleshooting, and small system improvements. Help test new features and support change requests with vendors or internal teams.
· EDI Monitoring & Coordination: Oversee daily EDI workflows (orders, invoices, product data). Detect and resolve data exchange issues, coordinate with our EDI partner (e.g. eBiss via BizQit), and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
· Customer Contact: Act as a point of contact for B2B partners regarding EDI questions or issues. You’ll represent Just Brands professionally, ensuring partners get clear and timely support while maintaining smooth relationships.
· Continuous Improvement: Spot recurring issues and propose enhancements in configurations, procedures, or documentation. Contribute to small IT Operations projects that improve systems and processes.
· External Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with external IT and software partners for escalations, updates, or new features, keeping communication efficient and solution-focused.
· Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Record procedures, create simple user guides or FAQs, and help cross-train colleagues so the team can back each other up.
Who You Are
· Education: HBO (Bachelor’s) or higher in ICT, Business IT, or related field. WO is welcome.
· Experience:
o 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or application management OR
o 3+ years of customer contact experience with proven IT affinity (e.g. relevant study, certification, or strong personal interest in technology).
· Skills & Qualities:
o Clear and confident communicator with a service mindset.
o Eager to learn and proactive in improving processes.
o Organized, reliable, and detail-focused.
o Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
o Basic IT understanding of SSO, EDI principles, FTP, and data formats (CSV/XML).

Within your first year, you will have:
· Taken ownership of daily EDI operations and become a trusted contact for internal and external partners.
· Improved user satisfaction and response times for application support.
· Helped identify and implement small system or process improvements within IT Operations.
· Gained solid working knowledge of our key applications and EDI setup.
· Built strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors through clear communication and follow-up.
· Proven that you can handle responsibilities independently while growing toward a broader Application or Integration Specialist role.
