Why this role matters
This is where content execution becomes customer experience. As our B2C Content Publisher, you publish, organize and maintain digital content across our ecommerce sites and apps. You make sure everything is accurate, visually strong, SEO-friendly, mobile-ready and aligned with the brand.You are not here to just “put content live.”
You are here to make sure every page, block and update lands clean, on time and ready to perform.
What you’ll do
- Publish, edit and manage website and app content in the CMS, ensuring timely delivery for campaigns and commercial deadlines;
- Format and optimize content to deliver a consistent, high-quality, mobile-friendly and accessible experience across digital platforms;
- Apply SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking and content structure, to improve content visibility and performance;
- Perform quality checks to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, accessible and free of errors, while keeping existing content up to date;
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Site Merchandising, Creative Studio and IT teams to align content with business goals and support continuous improvements.

- Campaign and commercial content goes live accurately and on time;
- Content quality improves across pages, apps and touchpoints;
- SEO basics are consistently applied in metadata, internal linking and content structure;
- Stakeholders trust you as the go-to person for clean publishing and content updates;
- Older content is kept fresh, accurate and more useful for customers.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce or a related field;
- 1+ year of experience in digital content publishing, content management, ecommerce or digital marketing;
- Strong CMS experience and confidence publishing across websites or apps;
- Understanding of SEO, UX and accessibility best practices;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content deadlines;
- Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams;
- High attention to detail in content, layout and quality checks;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
