To fuel this growth, we are looking for a marketing leader who can turn strategy into execution and execution into results. Someone who understands how to craft campaigns that move people and deliver measurable commercial impact. About the Role
As Campaigns & Trade Manager, you will turn high-level brand and business strategies into flawless, multi-channel campaigns that inspire both our B2B customers and our consumers. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of campaign execution for all markets across all channels (excluding social) and in-store touchpoints, reporting directly to the Head of IMC and partnering closely with Brand, Product, Country Marketing teams, Sales and the Creative Studio.
You will manage a small but high-impact team, together delivering compelling campaigns that drive engagement, sell-out and brand strength across Europe.
What You Will Be Responsible for
Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Translate brand and commercial strategies into focused, measurable campaign plans
• Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, retail, wholesale and brand activations
• Write clear creative briefs to guide content, production and asset delivery
• Ensure every campaign launches on time, on budget and on brand
Trade and Brand Activation Toolkits
• Develop seasonal sales and brand experience toolkits including POS materials, gift-with-purchase concepts, window designs and in-store activations
• Equip local marketing teams with everything they need to execute locally while protecting global brand consistency
Calendar and Content Planning
• Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar across all channels and markets
• Coordinate key launches, campaigns and promotions with internal and external stakeholders
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop two direct reports, fostering a culture of clarity, creativity and accountability
• Provide coaching, feedback and strategic direction to help your team thrive
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the operational link between Masterbrand, Creative Studio, Local Marketing, Product and Sales
• Ensure seamless alignment, timely communication and clear decision-making across teams
Budget Management and Performance
• Manage campaign budgets and track investment effectiveness
• Monitor performance dashboards, extract insights and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
• Ten+ years in brand, campaign or trade marketing with at least three years in a leadership role
• Proven success delivering high-impact campaigns across retail and wholesale channels
• Experience in fashion or a fast-paced consumer environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
