Als Designer Tops ben je in samenwerking met de Developer verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van creatieve, kwalitatieve en commerciële tops styles (circular knit tops) voor het merk PME LEGEND. Je hebt een hoog niveau van stoffen- en garenkennis. Daarnaast heb je als Designer Tops kennis van de trends en silhouetten en weet jij hoe je dit om kunt zetten in een collectie die merkgericht, herkenbaar en onderscheidend is. Idealiter ben je ook comfortabel met het ontwerpen van artworks/graphics. Ook op product-technisch gebied blijf je up-to-date en benut je kansen binnen de productgroep. Tot slot verlies je sustainability nooit uit het oog en pas je dit toe waar mogelijk.

JUST THE JOB

• Ontwerpen van Styles en artworks obv brand guidelines
• Ontwerpen van collecties op basis van style- en jaarplanning in combinatie met een allocatie en marge plan
• Bijdragen aan collectie concepten en kleurkaarten
• Nauwe samenwerking met de Tops Developer
• Verwerken van de styles in PDM Systeem
• Presenteren van de collectie aan Product managers & Sales
• Becommentariëren van proto’s
• Reizen naar fabrikanten voor nieuwe developments en het verbeteren van je product

THE TEAM
Het Just Brands Design team bestaat uit 14 personen, waarvan er 7 aan de PME Legend collectie werken. Binnen het team ligt de focus op commercie binnen de casual herenmode, met uiteraard een passende dosis relevante vernieuwing. In de samenwerking spelen de waarden open, eerlijk, samen werken en ondernemersgeest een belangrijke rol.

As a Designer Tops , you will be responsible for designing creative, high-quality and commercial tops styles (circular knit tops) for the PME LEGEND brand, in collaboration with the Developer. You have a high level of fabric and yarn knowledge. In addition, as a Designer Tops you have knowledge of the trends and silhouettes and you know how to convert this into a collection that is brand-oriented, recognizable and distinctive. Ideally, you'll also be comfortable with designing artworks/graphics. You also stay up-to-date in the product-technical field and take advantage of opportunities within the product group. Finally, you never lose sight of sustainability and apply it where possible.

JUST THE JOB

• Designing Styles and artworks based on brand guidelines
• Designing collections based on style and annual planning in combination with an allocation and margin plan
• Contributing to collection concepts and colour charts
• Close collaboration with the Tops Developer
• Processing the styles in PDM System
• Presenting the collection to Product Managers & Sales
• Commenting on prototypes
• Travel to manufacturers for new developments and improving your product

THE TEAM
The Just Brands Design team consists of 14 people, 7 of whom work on the PME Legend collection. Within the team, the focus is on commerce within casual men's fashion, with of course an appropriate dose of relevant innovation. The values of open, honest, working together and entrepreneurial spirit play an important role in the collaboration.
