We’re looking for an Ecommerce Product Launch Specialist to join our team and take the lead on planning, coordinating, and executing new product drops across our ecommerce platforms. If you thrive on organization, love working cross-functionally, and have an eye for data accuracy, this role is for you!
JUST THE JOB
· Plan, coordinate, and execute seamless product launches from start to finish.
· Work with merch planning, marketing, and the wider ecommerce team to define launch timelines.
· Manage product content—copy, images, videos—so everything looks sharp and on-brand.
· Ensure product data is 100% accurate before go-live.
· Monitor ecommerce platforms for launch readiness and troubleshoot any last-minute issues.
· Manage markdowns, pricing updates, and promotional campaign setup.
· Track key performance metrics—on-time launches, accuracy rates, and more.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the go-to expert on all things product launch.
THE TEAM
You’ll be part of the Ecommerce Site Operations team, working closely with merch planning, B2C marketing, and logistics to ensure every launch is a success. We’re all about teamwork, innovation, and making sure our customers get the best online shopping experience.

YOUR PROFILE
· Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or a related field.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Magento, PIM systems).
· Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple deadlines like a pro.
· Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset—you love tracking data and making improvements.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
