JUST THE JOB

Visual Merchandising Execution
In-Store Displays:
o    Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays, floor layouts, and in-store presentations, following brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
Campaign & Product Launches:
o    Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, making sure they are well-reflected in the visual setup of each store.
Store Visits & Audits:
o    Regularly visit assigned stores to update visual merchandising elements, adjust displays, and conduct audits to ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.

Collaboration with Store Teams
Communication with Store Teams:
Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure they understand and implement visual merchandising standards, providing guidance and support where needed.
Training & Development:
Train and coach store teams on basic visual merchandising principles, ensuring they can maintain displays between visits and during high-traffic periods.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Sales Impact Evaluation:
o    Monitor the impact of visual merchandising initiatives on sales performance, gathering feedback from store teams and identifying areas for improvement.
Visual Merchandising Reports:
o    Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager Store Development & Field VM on store performance, visual changes, and challenges faced during store visits.

Project Management
Seasonal Transitions & Updates:
o Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal transitions, sales promotions, and window installations in assigned stores, ensuring timely and accurate setup.
New Store Openings & Remodels:
o Assist in visual merchandising setups for new store openings and remodels, ensuring that all brand and design elements are fully realized.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Visual Merchandising Team:
o    Collaborate with the fellow field merchandisers to ensure that visual concepts are executed consistently across all stores in the region.
Feedback Loop:
o    Provide feedback to the Team Lead and the central visual merchandising team regarding what is working well in stores and where adjustments could be made to enhance visual displays.

Working closely with store teams and reporting to the Team Lead Field Visual Merchandising, you will ensure that visual displays are up to date, brand-compliant, and effectively contribute to driving sales performance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the fashion or retail industry, with a focus on both creative and commercial aspects.
• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Dutch and/or German is highly beneficial;
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, seasonal demands, and last-minute requests, ensuring that displays are always up-to-date;
• Self-driven and proactive in seeking opportunities to improve store presentations and visual merchandising strategies.
