Why this role matters

This is where ecommerce leadership meets real business impact. You’ll lead and further strengthen our online business, with full ownership of the ecommerce P&L, site experience, merchandising and performance. As Head of Ecommerce you can prove your influence, where your decisions shape growth, profitability, customer experience and how our brands show up digitally.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage the ecommerce P&L, driving revenue, profitability and sustainable growth;
  
• Lead and develop a high-impact ecommerce team;
  
• Shape and continuously improve the end-to-end site experience;
  
• Drive site merchandising strategy to strengthen product presentation, promotions and conversion;
  
• Oversee site operations and performance, ensuring stability, speed and scalability across devices;
  
• Lead customer service strategy to improve support quality and satisfaction across touchpoints;
  
• Use analytics, reporting and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve performance;
  
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Logistics and Customer Service to align campaigns, launches and customer communication.

• A proven track record in managing P&L and driving online growth;
  
• Strong people leadership and the ability to build high-performing teams;
  
• Deep understanding of site experience, merchandising and conversion optimization;
  
• A customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking;
  
• Confidence working cross-functionally and with external partners and platforms.
