We’re looking for a Head of Ecommerce to lead and further strengthen our online business. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the ecommerce P&L, site experience, merchandising, and performance — and the opportunity to lead and develop a high-impact team.

Your role

As Head of Ecommerce, you will:

• Own and manage the ecommerce P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth
  
• Lead and develop a team of  ecommerce professionals
  
• Shape and continuously improve the end-to-end site experience, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly customer journey
  
• Drive site merchandising strategy, using data and insights to optimize product presentation, promotions, and conversion
  
• Oversee site operations and performance, ensuring stability, speed, and scalability across devices
  
• Lead customer service strategy, ensuring high-quality support and strong customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
  
• Use analytics and reporting to identify opportunities, improve performance, and inform decision-making
  
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Logistics, and Customer Service to align campaigns, launches, and customer communications
