As we prepare for our next phase of growth and expansion, we're seeking an exceptional marketing leader to take our integrated marketing communications to the next level, and, most critically, transform our social media presence into a modern, performance-driven channel that unlocks new generations into the brand.    
 
About the Role
We're looking for a visionary Head of Integrated Marketing Communications who will be instrumental in shaping the future of our marketing efforts across all markets. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CMO, with significant influence over our brand's market presence and growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will be a social media revolutionary who has successfully transformed traditional brand communications into dynamic, engaging social-first strategies that drive real business results. You'll lead a talented team while orchestrating seamless integration between campaign execution, trade communications, and digital acceleration.

Key Responsibilities 
Social Media Transformation & Leadership
·         Craft and execute a comprehensive social media transformation across PME Legend, Vanguard and Cast Iron.
·         Develop and implement contemporary social strategies that position us as industry leaders in digital engagement
·         Build sophisticated social infrastructure including content ecosystems, community management frameworks, and performance measurement systems
·         Deliver brand-specific social playbooks that maintain individual brand identity while maximizing cross-brand synergies
 
Team Leadership & Development
·         Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals including:
o    Central Campaign and Trade team (3 members) executing go-to-market strategies for our consumers and B2B partners
o    Social team (4 members) accelerating the social strategy for all 3 brands to unlock engagement, followers and conversion.
o    Showroom specialist who crafts relevant stories per season to bring to life in our showrooms for all 3 brands
o    Traffic Manager coordinating workflow between marketing requests and creative studio output
·         Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision making
·         Develop team capabilities in modern marketing practices with emphasis on social and digital excellence
 
Strategic Impact
·         Partner with CMO on overall marketing strategy and expansion planning
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and E-commerce to ensure aligned market approach
·         Leverage market research and consumer insights initiatives to inform strategy
·         Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track performance and ROI across all marketing activities
 
What you bring to the table
 
Experience
·         15+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior integrated marketing roles
·         Proven track record of transforming brand social media presence from traditional to modern, engagement-driven strategies
·         Experience leading cross-functional teams
·         Strong background in fashion and / or lifestyle industries preferred
·         International marketing experience, ideally within European markets

·         Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, content strategies, influencer marketing, and social commerce
·         Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture while maintaining excellence in execution details
·         Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with analytics, able to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
·         Creative Leadership: Balance creative excellence with commercial objectives
·         Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and drive adoption of new ways of working
·         Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills
