As our new Head of Product Merchandising, you connect consumer insight, assortment thinking and performance to make sure our ranges are sharp, relevant and built to move. You help turn product choices into stronger collections, clearer direction and real commercial impact across the brands. You are not here to maintain what already exists.

What you’ll do

• Lead product merchandising across the full lifecycle;
• Shape assortments that balance brand, consumer and commercial needs;
• Turn sales and performance data into sharper seasonal decisions;
• Align closely with Design, Development, Sales and Marketing;
• Raise the bar on planning, structure and decision quality.

What you bring

• Extensive experience in product merchandising within fashion;
  
• Proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments;
  
• Deep expertise in assortment planning, product lifecycle management and performance analysis;
  
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and commercial drivers;
  
• The ability to turn data into clear direction;
  
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and aligning multiple teams
