As Just Brands continues to expand across Europe, we’re strengthening our People team with the addition of a Human Resources Business Partner (HQ & Retail) role.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner closely with leaders across HQ and Retail to support people initiatives aligned with business goals
• Play an active role in organizational growth, change initiatives, and workforce planning
• Lead and support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle (performance, talent, engagement, employee relations)
• Contribute to the development of scalable HR practices as we expand into new European markets
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related topics
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and L&D to ensure a strong and consistent employee experience
• Coach and support Junior HR Business Partners working with our Retail organization

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Exposure to retail, consumer goods, or similar people-driven industries
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfort working across different populations (HQ & Retail) and adapting to different business realities
• Interest in learning, growth, and international collaboration
• Fluent in English; Dutch highly desirable. Other European languages are a plus
