We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of our collections — from concept through to production and delivery.

This is a senior role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, and who takes real ownership of product quality, margins, timelines, and sustainability.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product development team
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand identity, margin targets, and quality standards
• Work closely with Design, Buying, and Logistics to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
• Build and manage strong relationships with international suppliers, including negotiations and performance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, cost control, quality, and sustainability initiative.
