THE JOB
As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll be the force behind multichannel campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance across multiple European markets.  You'll work within our Central Marketing Team, creating impactful marketing campaigns and brand experiences that resonate across borders.
 
In this dynamic role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels for multiple European markets, while creating brand experience toolkits that maintain consistency yet can adapt to local needs. Coordinating asset development and ensure a timely delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Manage detailed content planning and marketing calendars, your expertise will be crucial in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns. Close collaborating with the Product department, B2B and B2C teams to ensure everything is integrated and optimized per channel.
 
 Through data-driven reporting and campaign analysis, you'll support the Marketing
Campaign Manager in executing growth strategies that drive our European expansion.

Specific requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with specific focus on campaign execution
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Understanding of media planning and buying processes
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch or German is advantageous

 

• Strong project management capabilities
• Experience using project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and reporting tools
• Understanding of marketing strategy and media planning processes
• Basic knowledge of design and production processes for marketing materials
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
