Product Developer / Buyer – Outerwear | Just Brands 

As our Outerwear business continues to grow, we’re strengthening the team with an experienced Product Developer / Buyer to support the full product lifecycle — from development and costing to buying and production follow-up. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with suppliers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality collections on time and within margin targets. We are open to candidates with either a strong Development or Buying background, provided you bring solid experience across the product process and are comfortable operating in a commercially driven fashion environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing assigned outerwear styles from development through production
• Supporting costing, price negotiations, and margin follow-up
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality, and delivery targets are met
• Monitoring the critical path and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Working closely with Design, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution
• Contributing to continuous improvement in product quality, fit, and sustainability

What we’re looking for:

• Several years of experience in product development and/or buying within fashion
• Strong technical understanding of outerwear construction and materials
• Commercial mindset with awareness of costing and margin impact
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and production calendars
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach

This is a key role within a small, high-impact team where collaboration, ownership, and pragmatism are valued. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our collections are delivered with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
