Why this role matters
This is where assortment thinking meets real market impact. As our Product Merchandiser, you own the product lifecycle from development through to sales. You help make sure assortments are balanced, relevant and built to perform, while staying aligned with brand strategy, market needs and sales targets. You shape assortments that work across markets and channels, from B2B partners to our own B2C touchpoints. You are not here to just report on performance.You are here to shape assortments that sell better and support long-term brand growth.
What you’ll do
- Own product lifecycle management from development through to sales;
- Build and maintain assortment plans that reflect market trends, consumer needs and brand direction;
- Collaborate closely with design, development, production, sales and marketing to align product decisions;
- Lead and contribute to collection meetings and decision moments;
- Monitor product performance through the season and recommend adjustments where needed;
- Enrich assortments by spotting product opportunities based on market research and performance insights;
- Balance assortment planning with margin targets and sustainable material goals;
- Oversee drop rates, option efficiency and overall range architecture;
- Conduct deep end-of-season analyses and present key learnings to stakeholders to inform next season direction;
- Build strong understanding of country requirements and B2B/B2C customer needs to ensure the global line fits the markets.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in product merchandising (or a similar role) within the fashion industry;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales and performance data;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders;
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to teams and leadership;
- Fluency in English required;
- Strong skills in Excel and comfort with merchandising tools and reporting.
