We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who loves connecting with talent, spotting potential, and building teams that make a real impact. Someone who understands that recruitment is as much about culture, energy, and experience as it is about skills and CVs.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of hiring across our headquarters and retail teams, working across The Netherlands, Belgium, the DACH region, as well as new potential markets! From first contact to offer and onboarding, you’ll guide candidates through the full journey — creating a smooth and engaging experience along the way.
 
You’ll work closely with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners, shaping roles together and helping bring our employer brand to life. You’ll also build long-term relationships with talent, so we’re always ready for what’s next.
 
We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, who enjoys working independently, takes ownership, and brings a proactive, people-first mindset. Someone who communicates easily in Dutch and English (any other additional language is welcome!), feels comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys being part of a growing, fashion-driven organisation.
