Why this role matters

This is where customer data meets real revenue impact. As our Team Lead CRM, you turn CRM from a communication channel into a commercial growth engine across retention, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, personalization and segmentation. You’ll lead a team of four specialists and guide the evolution of our CRM tech stack, including our CDP (BlueConic) and ESP (DeployTeq).

You are here to build a CRM engine that grows customer value and drives revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Own and build the end-to-end CRM strategy to grow retention, revenue and CLV and set clear KPI's;
  • Lead lifecycle marketing, segmentation (RFM), automation and personalization at scale;
  • Own and evolve the CRM tech stack (BlueConic, DeployTeq and adjacent tools);
  • Safeguard data quality, governance, data hygiene and GDPR compliance across brands;
  • Translate customer and channel data into insights, dashboards and clear business direction;
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Retail, E-com, IT, Customer Service and Brand teams;
  • Manage external partners and agencies where needed.

What you bring

  • 5–7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty or marketing automation;
  • A proven track record of growing CRM into a major revenue channel;
  • Experience translating strategy into direction for teams (directly or indirectly);
  • Hands-on experience and strong technical understanding of CDPs and ESPs;
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with segmentation, dashboards and performance insights;
  • Familiarity with GDPR and best practices for data governance and compliance;
  • Fluent English, with Dutch or German as a plus;
  • Experience in B2C and ideally retail/fashion is a strong advantage.
