Intake Team Leader

About the role

As an Intake Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting your team to ensure all incoming goods are handled efficiently, accurately, and according to quality standards. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Working closely with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams, you will ensure that processes are continuously optimized and that any issues are addressed proactively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the Intake team on a daily basis
• Monitor the intake process and ensure products are processed accurately and on time
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to avoid delays or disruptions
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments regarding shortages, delays, or quality concerns
• Coach and train team members to improve performance and develop skills within the business
• Ensure daily targets and operational KPIs are achieved
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and promote safe working behaviour
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and team performance

Who are you?

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage (full training will be provided)
• Strong communication skills and a good level of English
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Organised, hands-on, and able to work well under pressure
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Flexible and driven to achieve results
