JUST THE JOB
In this role, you are the operational backbone of the Creative Studio. You ensure that creative work across PME Legend, Vanguard, and Cast Iron is planned clearly, tracked accurately, and delivered on time. Working closely with the Creative Production Lead, you translate priorities into clear timelines and predictable execution, supporting graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and photographers with focus and direction.

You sit at the center of the Creative Studio workflow, making sure ideas move through the studio at the right pace and with the right expectations. You are comfortable taking ownership under pressure, pushing work through when priorities compete and volume is high, and saying no when timelines or capacity require clear choices. When you do it well, timelines feel realistic, handovers are clear, and the creative team can stay focused on producing great work.

You turn approved briefs and priorities into clear timelines and tasks. You ensure everyone knows what is happening, when it is happening, and what is expected of them.
Create predictability and calm
You track progress closely, spot risks early, and help adjust plans when priorities shift. This reduces last-minute stress, surprises, and unnecessary rework.
Enable creative focus
By managing planning, coordination, and follow-through, you protect the creative team’s time and energy so they can concentrate on quality and craft.
Support collaboration across teams
You act as a reliable point of contact for delivery and timing questions, helping stakeholders understand capacity, progress, and next steps.
Keep the studio running smoothly
You maintain a clear overview of workload and availability, helping the Creative Production Lead make informed decisions about priorities and resourcing.

THE TEAM
You report to the Creative Production Lead and work closely with the Creative Studio and stakeholders across the business. You do not have people reporting to you.
The Traffic Manager sits at the center of our creative operations, translating a steady stream of cross-functional requests into clear, achievable schedules.

YOUR PROFILE 

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in traffic coordination, project management, or studio operations;
• Experience in managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders in a complex environment;
• Comfortable working with planning tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms;
• Clear and calm communicator, able to manage expectations around timelines and capacity, and confident in saying no when necessary;
• Familiarity with creative workflows (graphic design, copy, photography, or video) is a plus.
