MM Flowers is a dynamic and rapidly growing company supplying fresh flowers and bouquets to the retail sector in the UK and Europe. We are looking for a driven Warehouse Manager to join our team! Do you want to play a key role in a fast-paced logistics environment? Then this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate booking in, storage, and movement of goods in line with the ERP system.
• Manage the picking process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to production.
• Ensure stock accuracy, proper rotation, and minimal waste.
• Continuously improve warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and ensure compliance with Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of MHE and storage facilities.
• Manage all warehouse administration related to receiving, issuing, and dispatching goods.
• Coach and develop the warehouse team, managing rotas, recruitment, training, and performance.

• Booking in, storage, and ERP accuracy.
• Alignment of order picking with production planning.
• Stock reliability and rotation.
• Compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Product quality and customer service performance.
• Labour and material cost control.
• Continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Logistics/Supply Chain qualification and/or membership of a relevant institution is desirable.
• Previous experience in flowers, fresh produce, food production, or FMCG is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and practices.
